These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale” or “Terms”) apply to your shopping, orders and purchases on ILAN VIBZ owned digital stores that enable consumer purchases through ILANVIBZ.com. Digital Stores are collectively referred to in these Terms of Sale as “ILAN VIBZ Stores”. These Terms of Sale create a legally binding agreement between you and POWERED BY WOMEN LLC. dba ILAN VIBZ (which we may refer to as “ILAN VIBZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) with its headquarters and principal place of business at 4174 YUKON WAY, RIVERSIDE, CA 92505, USA. ILAN VIBZ may revise these Terms of Sale at any time. The current Terms of Sale will be posted at ILANVIBZ.com. PURCHASING PRODUCTS
NO PURCHASE FOR RESALE
ILANVIBZ.com, are intended solely for the benefit of end consumers, and therefore purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase for resale means the purchase of product by someone who intends to resell the product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party). If ILAN VIBZ determines that a purchase or order is intended for resale, ILAN VIBZ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and as it relates to such purchase or order, to (1) suspend the application of any ILAN VIBZ
Return and Refund Policy
For Exchanges: There is no shipping charge for exchanges; however, you will be charged a $8 return label fee to return the original item. The return fee will be deducted from the refund of the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days from when the warehouse receives the return for the refund to be processed.
For Returns: A $8 return label fee will be deducted from the amount to cover the cost of return shipping.
